Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
No hidden shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if provided), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes across India.
Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order. SARA Original will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
